TPO waterproof membrane is a thermoplastic polyolefin material that has the long-term weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber and the weldability of polypropylene. Product Description:
●TPO waterproof membrane uses advanced polymerization technology to combine ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene, combining the excellent weather resistance and durability of ethylene propylene rubber with the weldability of polypropylene.
● Special formulation technology, with high flexibility, will not produce general polyolefin materials due to plasticizer migration and brittle phenomenon, maintain long-term waterproof function.
● There is a layer of polyester fabric in the middle, making it suitable for mechanically fixed roofing systems.
● Excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, maintaining flexibility at -40 ° C and mechanical strength at higher temperatures.
● Chemical resistance, acid, alkali, salt, animal oil, vegetable oil, lubricating oil corrosion, algae, mold and other microbial growth resistance.
● Thermal aging, good dimensional stability.
● The light color is mainly white, the surface is smooth, the reflectivity is high, the energy saving effect is good, the pollution resistance.
● No chlorine gas is released during welding and use, which is harmless to the environment and human health.
● The lap joint adopts hot welding, which can form a high-strength sealing layer.
